Sen. Kirk wants to use the ATF more, but the ATF violates the 10th Amendment. I read every word of the Constitution, and I didn’t see the word “alcohol” or “tobacco.”

I live near Chicago, so I know that Kirk usually agrees with Democrats. I hope that he’ll lose the 2016 primary to a conservative.
