Rudy did not stop and frisk people walking down the street. He arrested those who violated even the simplest laws (i.e. evading paying for the subway, vandalizing, ASSaulters, etc.) and raked in the gang members and wannabes that way. People on parole can be hounded since most are repeat offenders, he did that. He sent up thugs/gang members for long sentences.
He was ten times better than Queen Bloomers and her court of anti-constitutional globalist jesters.
