It just amazes me that so many people who supposedly consider themselves patriots and rock ribbed conservatives run out and vote for a guy that is the very embodiment of everything they hate...or clame to...then get offended like a lib when someone calls them on it. Over and over. And God help anyone trying to stop it. Several of us deal with that all the time.

I want to know how we are supposed to be a cohesive unit when we collectively insist on staying divided. It’s really that simple.

Same way that a self-proclaimed conservative like Rand Paul can loudly proclaim the need for cutting spending but cry if you go near the payments doctors like him get for Medicare patients.

Talk is cheap. Real convictions are tough.
