"A Yellowstone County district judge Monday ordered a former Senior High teacher convicted of raping a 14-year-old female student who later committed suicide to spend 30 days in jail."
"Judge G. Todd Baugh sentenced Stacey Dean Rambold to 15 years in prison, with all but 31 days suspended, for sexual intercourse without consent."
"Rambold, 54, will be given credit for one day already served. He was handcuffed and led to jail at the close of the hearing."
If I were a rapist in that state, I’d be requesting that judge.
I doubt she had either, hence the reason she was hooking up with older men.

You just called me a POS. Personal attacks are against the rules and you should gladly accept your ban. You are obviously aware of this rule, broke it anyway, and you have a strong belief in applying those rules equally and ignoring any case by case analysis. If a 14 year old is old enough to stand trial as an adult, they are old enough to make decisions on regarding sex. Charging children as adults is done on a case by case basis using the facts of the incident. The same should be done in cases of statutory rape. If we dont charge every 14 year old as an adult in every case, why are we doing this in statutory rape cases?

That is why every state in the Union has laws against this type of thing. It's called Statutory Rape. The judge must follow the law.

Yes I'm mad! You have some nerve blaming a child for being raped! I WAS raped as a child and I certainly didn't give any consent. I was 6 years old! So, unless you've been in these shoes, STFU!
