OTOH, Walmart provided shopping carts such that the plaintiff need not carry a plastic bag to her car. Her decision to forgo the cart was a contributory factor, perhaps in excess of 50%.
I was thinking the same thing. Knowing you have giant cans in flimsy bags, she chose to not use a cart.
