That is the north side of Pittsburgh near Allegheny General Hospital. It is a poor community, but not the hood. The victim was raised there and was a single working (electrician) mom, raising two children.
You are not from here and do not have a clue of what you are saying. This is not Philadelphia, and the behavior will not be tolerated in Pittsburgh.
