For the last 50 years at least they have. They have been constantly told by the White Liberal how Whites are the blame for all their troubles and ailments. How everything in life is owed to them by the Whites. And have been given everything, including money, they desired by these same White Liberals. They have been educated to the facts that they are not required to live under the same laws and rules of everyone else because they are Black. Someone has something you want? Kill him and take it. Hell with earning it. Why? Because as the White Liberal has said for years and untold times, you are Black and deprived. I could continue giving examples from now to infinity, but, yes Whitey has been egging them on for years...and years.
