You mean you actually eat “ flied Lice?” OTOH, the local Chinese restaurant is probably “ staffed” by family members or illegal Chinese immigrants who won’t talk. Not places where the SEIU is going to get any members.
Around here, Chinese food almost always means “Buffet”, and yes, they seem to be mostly family operations.
