I found a list of the Tories and Lib dems that voted no. I am assuming all the opposition MPs that were present voted no.

They literally “divide” ie go to opposite sides of the chamber to vote.

2 people voted on both the aye and nay sides which apparently is how they vote “present” over there. That would have been too much work for Barack Obama in the Illinois Senate.
