The intercepts were made by the Israelis and the original report indicated that Assad’s troops were innocent of this atrocity. That report was doctored (by the US?) to say the opposite and leaked to the Internet. It appears that the chem attack may well have been a false-flag operation by the MB and AlQ, perhaps aided by our own regime.
