And I believe he survived a while in a raft after his plane was shot down - NEVER heard a word about it when he was president. But we heard all about PT109 when JFK was president. And can you imagine the utter worship if Obama had been through that kind of harrowing military experience, or had been a (National Reserve) fighter pilot like Bush Jr, proving he was a Top Gun blah blah blah?
