The unions protect substandard individuals and make Hospitals more dangerous. Society has dramatically changed to where hospital staff are more concerned about salaries, breaks, overtime, schedules, benefits, and their pensions. Patient care is secondary. This a direct result of society moving away from Christianity and Christian values.
