As a former NBC (nuclear, biological, chemical) trained officer I was taught that blister agents (primarily mustard agent) and Sarin and VX (nerve agents) are “persistent” agents and areas contaminated by these agents must be decontaminated before unprotected access is allowed. In spite of this, the videos show unprotected personnel treating casualties. I would have to agree that this looks like a localized accident with the treatment being carried out outside the affected area.

Thank for your input, now I was trained in NBC as I worked on the flight deck of carriers, but this seems to me that something was mishandled that caused a cook off of a chemical stock pile.

There is an article on Alex Jones' website that purports to be from Syrian "rebels" claiming that Saudi Arabia provided them chemical weapons, but failed to tell them that the weapons were chemical and failed to train them in handling the weapons. They were used without understanding what it was that they were firing. A bit like a monkey with a grenade. See the
