Of course we have rule of law. "Innocent until proven guilty" still applies, as well. Where's the hard evidence that Obama is guilty of impeachable crimes?

Unilaterally declaring Congress in recess to ram through his court appointments. Countless unconstitutional executive orders. Benghazi. IRS.
Don’t tell me that the latter two lack evidence, because HE has failed to investigate these high crimes. These are crimes of ommission.

He posted a forged birth certificate. Hawaii has effectively confirmed that he has no legally-valid BC at the HDOH, so he could not lawfully swear that he was eligible, which means that he has committed perjury every time he has sworn that he was eligible and committed election fraud every time he applied to be on any ballot. He is guilty of contempt of court down in Georgia, and the only reason he hasn’t been charged with anything is because the same judge who claimed Obama eligible to be on the ballot based on “judge’s knowledge” also refused to certify the proceedings so the record could be sent on for the contempt charges to be filed.
He visited frequently with Lois Lerner, who deliberately targeted conservative groups to obstruct so that those groups could not impact the 2012 election - while at the same time Lerner personally approved the tax exempt status for Obama’s brother Malik, who is fundraising for Hamas, a known terrorist organization - the same organization that Obama paid Morsi 8 BILLION dollars to get installed in the Israel-adjacent areas of Egypt. All that strongly suggests that these IRS actions came directly from Obama.
His administration has refused to respond to House subpoenas or judges’ orders. He has undone Congress by delaying some parts of Obamacare, as if the executive can make the laws on his own.
He has armed the Syrian resistance which has sworn to destroy America once they’re done with Assad, and he has overseen the distribution of over 20,000 Manpads to terrorists - each one of which could bring down an airplane and cause casualties similar to 9-11.
He has committed acts of war against Mexico by arming the drug cartels with weapons (including military-grade weapons) that had no tracking devices and could only be traced to the US once they had been found at crime scenes. He did this to ENTRAP innocent gun dealers in Arizona and Texas - dealers who were FORCED to sell guns to the cartels against their will.
He met with the Saudi ambassador when it was discovered that the Saudi “person of interest” captured by the Boston Police at the finish line of the Boston marathon was actually Hamza, the son of Osama Bin Laden. He had somebody remove the “known terrorist” classification from Al-Hamdi/Hamza so he could swiftly be flown off to Saudi Arabia before the Boston Police or FBI could bring him to justice - but only after Michelle Obama herself went and did a high-five with him in the hospital for the whole Muslim world to see and gloat about. And, as if that wasn’t enough gloating, they allowed Hamza to come to a July 4th celebration at the White House for the military, so he could gloat before the very men who are supposed to be fighting known terrorists. This is “giving aid and comfort to America’s enemies” in the worst possible way, and ten members of Congress have the proof of it in their hands, given to them by spooks who captured the evidence before it was destroyed and who risked 20 years in prison to bring this treason to the attention of Congress.
How much time do you have? I could go on a long, long time.
Also, as to whether we have the rule of law, I don’t have the time to even BEGIN to tell you about the lawlessness within the entire system, that I have personally observed and suffered under. When it comes to politics and anything that can touch the powers-that-be, this country is absolutely lawless. There was a routine warrant for Obama’s arrest before he was the D candidate in 2008 and it was nixed because the guy in charge didn’t want to be demoted by the political powers-that-be. If it had been anybody but Obama he would have been arrested. If the contempt of court committed in Georgia had been committed by anybody but Obama and his lawyers the record would have been certified, sent on, and contempt charges filed. If it had been anybody but Obama’s people who threatened the media heads with FCC and FEC annihilation if they reported on Obama’s eligibility problem in October of 2008, it would have been investigated. If Breitbart’s death had not been associated with Obama, the LAPD would perhaps have followed the easy trail to find LA coroner’s tech Michael Cormier’s arsenic poisoner.
Eric Holder has done EVERYTHING according to his own political agenda. Letting the Philly Nation of Islam voter intimidators go free. Instituting the policy that blacks cannot be guilty of race crimes. Refusing to enforce existing immigration policy. Etc.
Again, I could talk a long, long time about the lawlessness. Anybody who thinks this country has the rule of law at this point is sleeping.
