They can just ignore subpoenas and get away scott-free?

Yes, it's been that way for a long time. Are you really just now noticing?

Even if it is stuff that puts the nation at imminent risk, such as funneling Manpads to our sworn enemies and then lying about it just being about a video that a couple dozen people saw on Youtube?

Do you have a single serial number of a MANPAD that was funneled to the MB in Benghazi? Just one? That could lead to some hard evidence of wrongdoing.

Al Capone was brought down on tax evasion charges. How many fewer people did Capone kill than this foreign enemy combatant in our White House?

Your extreme dislike of Obama notwithstanding, there was hard evidence, there were witnesses, there were records. Right now we have disparate facts tied together with reasonable assumptions. That wouldn't hold up. It just wouldn't. That doesn't make you wrong, it doesn't make me bad, it doesn't even make every member of Congress a criminal (just most of them). It's just a fact.

Your source for Obama's forgery--is he/she willing to testify in court as to what he/she did and why and on whose order?

If we could subpoena the microfilm rolls, the paper BC, and the computer transaction logs for Obama’s BC and other vital records, we wouldn’t need witnesses. All it takes to subpoena the records that would definitively prove what happened is probable cause. We already have that. We already had that before Obama was the D candidate, and there is a witness who would be willing to testify as to how that arrest warrant was nixed because of politics.

The same thing holds true for the other issues. Our government has created fake identities for the Benghazi witnesses in order to keep a Congressional investigation from having access to them. How is that not tampering with witnesses and obstruction of justice? Once we stop the lawless obstruction of justice we will be able to get stuff like serial numbers. All we need in order to prosecute for these crimes is probable cause of witness tampering and obstruction of justice. What are we waiting for?

What have I said that indicates “extreme dislike for Obama”? My gripe has never been with Obama. My gripe has ALWAYS been the lawlessness of the system. Obama is a two-bit thug doing what two-bit thugs do. He would be impotent if we had the rule of law. We don’t, and that is what scares and angers the doo-doo out of me, because I know what lies ahead if we don’t get the rule of law.

One of my first posts on my blog, explaining why I was going public with information, talked about a soccer ball in Mexico that had a cartel rival’s face sewn onto it. It talked about “The Dark Knight” and about my daughter’s nightmares - after seeing a movie where the Taliban was inside the building, where the system itself was protecting and enabling terroristic attacks on the innocent. I said in that post that Obama’s documentation issue is not about politics at all; it is about the rule of law. And if we don’t regain the rule of law, there is no end to the lawlessness we will see. Watching all the stuff going on now, all the stuff we were called crazy for noticing, I feel partially vindicated. I told you guys a long time ago that this was coming. So did a bunch of people here at FR. But the people who need to get it and do something about it are still playing kabuki theater as if we could afford entertainment right now. Sick.
