The US Constitution explicitly distinguishes between the natural born citizens and those born outside of the united states who become citizens. Article II, Section 1 of the US Constitution.

That much is true. The rest is complete supposition on your part. Are you a Supreme Court Justice about to rule in the majority that favors your decision? No? Why waste my time spouting your opinions as facts?

Andrew Jackson`s parents were born in Ireland. Thomas Jefferson`s mother was born in London.

Thomas Jefferson and Andrew Jackson were both citizens of the United States at the time of the adoption of the Constitution, and so were not required to be natural born citizens in order to become president.

Are you seriously so uninformed that you would throw out this kind of patent irrelevancy in response to a very serious question?
