He understands the severity of his action and is sincere in his desire to make amends. He has been candid and conveyed his action to his family, friends and co-workers.”

If it took a few years to find out this guy was molesting a kid, how do we know that there have been others in the past or another one between the previous kid and now?

Did he admit to his crime out of the blue or was he forced to admit to it? Not that it matters either way because he should burn in hell for what he has done.

You have to remember, teacher's union trumps honor for teachers just as political party trumps all for most politicians.
