I am surprised that no organization that provides these services has created “just across the border” facilities for parents. That is, just across the state border, into another state where it is legal. Parents just drive their children there for a long term stay, where they are provided room, board, and counseling.
It would be very profitable to set up shop just across the border from California, in Arizona. Not only could they provide counseling services, but they could sell products that are very expensive or prohibited in California.
Much cheaper gasoline, Indian cigarettes, foie gras, ammunition, lots of other things that the government of California is snooty and greedy about.
He only signed the legislation last week. Give New York and Philly a chance. Even in Democrat cities, where there is a dollar to be made....
