Most presidents, having presided over the Syrian debacle, would be chastened. But not the Great and Mighty Obama. He’s decided to begin to rewrite history so that he emerges as the hero.

Consider what Mr. Obama, in Stockholm earlier today, said in response to a question about Syria:

A screening method has been developed, [to detect hero syndrome] based on the case that those who commit the acts are generally young and are looking for an opportunity to prove or flaunt their bravery. However, there are no formal scientific studies on the hero syndrome. Some claim that those with the syndrome are "narcissists in a slump", pointing to people who have failed to achieve their dreams and ambitions, downtrodden by society's infatuation with fame.

O is going to score big time after a face-to-face with Putin.
Putin rattled his sword(s) in a major way over Syria, but that was nothing more than dealing himself some cards.
Putin will endorse a strike on Syria once O gives him what he wants; there is not much chance we will learn what that was.
And O will return home as a triumphant "world-changer"

Yep.

"As in Helsinki, Sweden."

"You mean Finland."

"Uh, right."

I mean, a week of propaganda about going it alone in Syria and how action was essential and then over the weekend, nothing is essential and it’s Congress’ problem?
*******

The sudden reversal could have been the result of a call from Putin telling him that “I have more warships moving into the Mediterranean”.

Funny video. But it's a serious medical condition. I suffer from it too.

Whenever I say the words "Barack Obama," my middle finger shoots out.

...Which doesn’t bode well for the rest of us. When reality finally catches up to sociopaths, they almost always try to take others with them.

“At the press conference today, he looked like he was drugged up. Boorish tone, rambling lectures, long pauses, sleepy eyes, not animated or alert.”

The presser was at about 10am DC time. That is awfully early for this slacker to get up.

I get your reply, and its a good one. Anytime before noon is early for Obama. But he’s had the same demeanor before when he wasn’t travelling. Its kind of creepy.

You make a very good point that probably will turn out to be an accurate prediction. People should keep this in mind. The country is going to pay a very steep price for its mistake in electing this clown.

Is there no limit to the goodness of this singular man we know as Barack Obama?

For more than 4 1/2 years he has labored long and hard to save the American people from our undeserved prosperity, success, personal freedom, false equality, as well as our arrogance and our standing in the world.

He has brought to the common people of America the conditions necessary for Change - to leave the old behind and embrace the new way Obama has set for us.

His dedication and perseverance have brought to us Social Justice such as we have never before imagined. He has caused us to adjust our expectations and our conditions down, down the economic ladder to the level of those he calls “The Lowest Among Us.

Soon, thanks to our president, we will all be truly equal and living as the lowest among us do - at the bottom of the ladder.

Now this good man has turned his focus beyond our borders to dedicate himself to similar advances in the condition of other peoples and cultures around the globe.

He is devoting himself to spreading his vision and his good works to the rest of the world: to sharing his wisdom and influence, to aid the common people in realizing the benefits of living the way Obama sees fit.

Where there are unkept rules and laws, he will keep them.
Where there is opposition and reluctance, he will smite them.
Where there are outmoded religions and beliefs, he will replace them.
Where there are governments out of harmony with his vision he will remove them.

He will cause the arrogant to become humble.
Where there is excess he will teach moderation.
Where unfairness thrives he will bring fairness.
Where there is abuse and harm he will eliminate them.
Where there are unfilled goals and aspirations, he will fulfill them.
Where there is injustice and inequality he will bring about Social Justice and equality.

Soon the entire world will enjoy life as we have come to know it under the vision and hand of Obama!

/s

I’ve been refering to him as Emperor Nero Kardashian Narcissus, much to the consternation of Libdems I know on FB for quite a while...The less committed libdems are starting to get it.

That is hilarious, although comparing him to the Kardashians is really an insult to the Kardashians.

With BO constantly blaming Congress for all his issues, I just can’t figure out why dems or repubs or anyone in Congress would help him with anything. He does nothing but insult the entire body everyday.
