If that’s accurate only 18 more No votes needed in the House to kill it!
Actually 217 would be a majority because 2 House seats are vacant.
I can already predict 2 undecided votes firmly. Joe Wilson and Trent Franks will vote NO.

In my opinion, that is equal to a loss. If we go to war, it should be a
