Russia says a deadly March sarin attack in an Aleppo suburb was carried out by Syrian rebels, not forces loyal to President Bashar Assad, and it has delivered a 100-page report laying out its evidence to the United Nations.
A statement posted on the Russian Foreign Ministry website late Wednesday said the report included detailed scientific analysis of samples that Russian technicians collected at the site of the alleged attack, Khan al Asal in northern Syria. The attack killed 26 people.

If Obama’s pendulum swings in the direction of aggression and a war on Syria is declared, Russia will face a wave of terrorist attacks, the Syrian Ambassador to the Russian Federation Riad Haddad is convinced. On Tuesday he stated this at the hearing on the situation around Syria in the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation. According to Haddad, there are tens of thousands of terrorists in Syria, and if they “successfully destroy” the country, Russia will face not so bright future. “Attacks and violations of the normal course of life is what awaits Russia in the future if the American aggression leads to a significant change in Syria’s open war against global terrorism,” said the Ambassador.

It is racist to confront Obama with facts that do not further his agenda.
Since Obama opened his mouth about a chemical weapons 'red line', Al Qaeda affiliates promptly provide him one blaming the Syrians and suckering Obama into becoming their airforce and delivering the country to them.
Russia sees right through them and provides data to the UN. Surprize Surprize.
It's pretty sad that I would give the Russian Foreign Ministry more credibility than anything that comes out of the Obama administration...
