Defense spending must be frozen as well. There are tons of layers and contract BS going on in the largest portion of our government.
Freeze it, but allow the DOD to determine where any cuts will come. Do not do this sequestration crap.

Depends on what you mean by defense spending. If you mean something that the military does not want or need then I agree, however if you mean something that the troops want and need, then I disagree.
One thing for sure they all deserve our thanks and graditute
