I loved it...I lived in Hawaii when I was a kid, and we had a local Japanese TV station that broadcasted the matches.
OH I used watch Sumo wrestling in 1980s here in SO CAL on Channel 18 LOL! that in middle of the night
On the surface you look at Sumo and you see a couple of big guys trying to throw each other out of the ring...but there is a real skill and strategy to it. It is more of a true sport. Brute strength, cunning strategy, and a physical risk for failure to execute. What’s not to love.
