Yeah, I guess like laws against murder, etc. when you just know that person across from you is the wrong color...it’s ok then, Babbitt bothered the thug simply by existing so he had to take the law into his own hands.
Seriously, though, I think you’re onto something, and Obama really has spread a genuine contempt for the law throughout the land. Watching him ignore it and just simply do whatever he wants is having an unfortunate trickle-down effect.
