Well, the S300 systems would be the first to be destroyed starting with their radar support input.
There would be a lot of expensive Russian junk lying about, even if the Syrians had the manpower & infrastructure to quickly setup additional systems. -which I doubt
Serbs used an SA-3 to shootdown an F-117. Overconfidence in an SA-300 environment is a bad bad idea.
