Madness implies delusion, cognitive deficiency, paranoia, and other such new age claptrap. Hitler and Putin are evil. They’re different by degree but not by the immoral nature of their behavior in my opinion. Unless you think you can spend time in the flippin’ KGB and still be a regular nationalist, I say he’s evil.
