As a liberal, I voted for Gore in 2000 and was devastated when he lost to Bush.

On 9/11 I had just returned to my faith after years wandering in the desert and I fell in love with George Bush.

Over the next few years, I grew more conservative and somewhat disenchanted with Bush for the very reasons you give here.

Today, remembering the horror we all felt, remembering the unity that tragic day brought and just now, watching Bush at Yankee stadium, I remember why I love him and why I miss him still.

After five tortuous years of the nightmare that is Obama and company, I would take Bush back in a heart beat, warts and all.

I cried today, for the loss of lives 12 years ago and the loss of this country if we don’t stop Obama and his minions.

God bless America, land that I love. Stand beside her and guide her, through the night with the light from above.

President Bush was the right man for the time.

I still thank God for raising him up. It would be hard to think of someone who could have done a better job IMO.

I pray that we haven't angered God so much that he won't provide that kind of quality leadership again.
