Thug city probably has not paid their electric bill in months.I am not sure if the city is still in the utility bidness, or they got out and or did DTE buy the grid. Anway I know the grids structure is in very rough shape, CrippleCreek care to chime in?

These are specific (Mostly municipal) buildings that appear to be part of a separate city operated utility. Residential and private buildings don’t appear to be affected.
My brother in law works right downtown in the Compuware building and he’s says his office was unaffected.
