MADISON, WI, September 12, 2013 (LifeSiteNews.com) – Catholic schoolchildren will no longer take field trips to a center that conducts embryonic stem cell research and gives students the opportunity to handle the aborted cells, the Diocese of Madison has announced in a letter.

Instead Catholic schools should find “morally acceptable means of meeting the educational objectives,” Michael Lancaster, the diocesan superintendent of Catholic schools, wrote in a letter released last Thursday.

The article states that Embryonic Stem Cell Research "has largely been abandoned".

I guess the only use is for school children to handle these cells made from aborted babies...

We took a bus to the Statue of Liberty and to Philadelphia to your the history

What?

Anyone who doesn’t think this culture is out to pervert children is not paying enough attention.the kids need protection.

This is a catholic school taken over by people who have to be told by the bishop how not to damage children. No surprise. But a travesty

Embryonic stem cells have been scientifically proven to be inferior clinically for treatment than embryonic. This is an agenda there is no doubt

These people are struggling to find ‘use’ for the embryos because they know its abortion to abandon and discard them

These embryos will stay viable for generations

It should be instructive in letting us be aware that the difference between aborting a 22 week fetus and aborting an embryo is nothing.

A person’s a person no matter how small. Horton
