These is just another reason why we need a Convention of the States to propose amendments for pruning the federal government back to it's proper size and place.

One of Mark Levin's proposed amendments allows states to nullify federal laws.

Another is for term limits for all members of Congress.

Also the proposed amendment to limit federal judges terms to 12 years and to be able for states to have power of super majority override of Supreme court rulings. This might make federal judges more apt to stick to the constitution for fear of being overturned (in a sane world this kind of law would be immediately ruled unconstitutional.)

The Liberty Amendments by Mark Levin

Here is a good summary of some of the Liberty Amendments Mark Levin proposes

From your last link:

We can save the Republic, but someone has to start the ball rolling. If not you … then who?

Mark shamed me into action last month. I meet with my state representative next week. His copy of the Liberty Amendments arrived yesterday. Gotta start somewhere.

Sorry, but the States already have this ability. It’s the 9th and 10th Amend. I just have never seen a State stand strong....yet.

Plus the S.C. statement is semi-incorrect. We the People are the final arbiters of what is Const. or not. Again, We just have not stood strong to remind anyone of the same.
