This is the exploded bits of ACORN reconstituted like some alien lifeform in a bad SciFi flick. This navigator money is nothing but a slush fund for Obama’s Alinskyite project to destroy the US.
The job of these “Health Care Navigators” is to convince young people to buy health insurance that they do not need, at a much higher price than they should be paying. While that sort of scam isn’t illegal, it is so obviously immoral that I do not expect any decent people to accept such a job. Those who trust the navigators will get what they deserve.
