Just lie. You are not obligated to tell the truth when they ask you lifestyle questions, if you have firearms, etc.
Smart Doctors will make it seem like small talk.
Be aware that they are now reporting to the Gov.
Be polite be professional and tell them only what they need to know.
The Department of Transportation has in the past and currently has filed federal criminal cases against aircraft pilots for false statements made on aeromedical applications.

Making False statement to Government or Government agent:
18 USC § 1001 - Statements or entries generally
USC › Title 18 › Part I › Chapter 47 › § 1001
(2) makes any materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent statement or representation; or
(3) makes or uses any false writing or document knowing the same to contain any materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent statement or entry;
I can see where in the future similar charges or penalties against patients will be filed by the government against those patients receiving Obamacare and who have made false statements in answer to questions.
