This is ridiculous. With modern pest control and decent behavior from the occupants, there should be ZERO roaches, mice and RATs no matter how old the house is.
The problem is the trash that we have living in that house has turned it into a ghetto.
It’s government housing but it’s certainly not LOW COST government housing.
