I'm glad that the perp was "compliant" so he didn't mess up the sidewalk with his bodily fluids, but I fear he will get out in two weeks to ply his trade again.
Not to mention, if he does get some time, he gets his three hots and a cot at our expense. When he gets out he may have a few new angles to advance his trade.
