WASHINGTON (AP) — D.C. police and the FBI say there's a report of a shooter inside a military building at the Washington Navy Yard.

Police are responding to reports of shots fired, and an FBI spokeswoman says there's at least one victim.

Yes, they fill the same slot and look kind of sort of the same, but you have to think of them as totally separate characters. Not a direct replacement.

I like Ziva much more than I did kate. She’s toughbut not constantly nasty bitchy like I found Kate, and if there is one quality that makes a woman repulsive to me, it’s that bitchy streak like Kate constantly showed.
