There’s an unspoken assumption in the article that if you are a Republican elected official on Capitol Hill or in a State House you are “on the Right” – you are a conservative – and that just plain isn’t true.

Repubs are not as “small tent” as Dems, but we need more real conservatives in leadership spots. These RINOs gotta’ go before they destroy the party, or rename themselves Democrat Light, or the Folding Lawn Chair Party (more appropriate).
