Remember when President Obama tried to push a gun-control package through Congress after the Newtown massacre? And Congress voted down every piece of legislation, even the extremely popular ones? And consequently the gun-control bills did not become laws, because that's how lawmaking works? It was a few months ago.

I am absolutely sick of Piers Morgan. Since we are sick of each other, why doesn’t he leave my country and slink back to his? He won’t be around any guns there except the ones the killers have.
Not long ago, England thought seriously about restricting kitchen knives - like you couldn’t take one out of the house. I have lived there on and off for weeks at a time for over 20 years as my son lives there.
He was here at my house not long after Sandy Hook and he said the British just don’t get it - that they want no guns to be in this country and don’t understand why we won’t give them up. He said they don’t understand America and its individual liberties and he has given up on enlightening them.
Son was also involved in his film business criticism of Piers for listening in on people illegally. He said what Piers did made them all look suspect in being honest and forthright in their films and in professional news reporting. He is a director of documentary films and his reputation for truth in filming is of vital importance to him. He hopes Piers never comes back to England.
Oh, and Piers, Arsenal sucks!

How did Piers Morgan get a green card and be allowed to work in America? Why do we have so many liberal foreigners on American TV? They are not doing the jobs American liberals won’t do. There are plenty of liberal American talking heads who can work on TV here. Why are they displaced for the likes of Piers Morgan, Amanpour(sp?), Freed Zakaria(sp?), etc???

Here was a heart attack moment for me - Son made a documentary film that Christiane Amanpour was in. She wanted her sister to go with my son. Sister called Wayne and he said he was going with someone else. Thank God. I could not have lived through liberal Amanpour being in my family.
