Good morning to everyone at the Canteen. Rain cooled 72º here. We had about one inch of rain during the night. Never heard a thing.

making a bit over 4" for the year.
Not nearly enough to end the drought!

I know...sometimes you don’t know what to believe, but at least we both got SOME rain! We’re so low for the year!

We are close to normal rainfall, but no runoff rain to fill the lakes. Lake Travis is getting close to a record low elevation and is only 30% capacity. That is the main water source for most of the Austin area.
