Incorrect. Blacks that actually voted did so at a 95% rate for Obama. This is far different than 95% of all blacks voted for Obama. The actual percentage of the total black population that voted for Obama is probably less than 50%.

Not incorrect. The shooter was known to be among the black citizens who voted, so he was part of the calculation that gave the result that 95% of blacks who voted, voted for Obama. Thus, a 95% probability that he voted for Obama.
