Whats wrong with secure the border, secure the vote and no new pathway to citizenship?
What part of "Normalize" or make legal don't you understand?
That automatically puts them in line to become citizens.
30 million+ Undocumented Democrats.
And "Secure the Border" according to his plan, not the amendment he proposed to Marco Rubio's plan, meant looking for a "Certification" from congress that the border was secure, not a fence, no E-Verify, just a certification.
Has he upgraded his original "Comprehensive Immigration Reform" plan to now include a complete fence along the southern border?
Because if he has not, where a "Secure Border" is concerned is just more hot air from the Open-Borders crowd. The same things were said by GWB, McCain, et. all.

So, here is what I was able to dig up so far.
His legislation would also build 100 miles of fence every year until Congress decides the border is secure.
So once again, we aren't dealing with an actual commitment to a complete fence, just enough fencing until the congress decides the fence is secure.
Once again, the Congress is comprised of 50% Democrats who already view the border as secure enough and probably somewhere north of at least 15% of Republicans who feel the same way.
They would not even need to build 100 miles of fence to get a "Certification" from congress of a "Secure Border".
This is a pretend "Get Tough" on border security proposal by the big 'L' Libertarian, Rand Paul.
Once again, Rand Paul wants to play games with Conservatives and pretend he is for a border fence.
