FORT WAYNE, IN, September 18, 2013 (LifeSiteNews.com) – An Indiana abortionist failed to report performing an abortion on a 13-year-old girl, as required by Indiana law, possibly allowing her abuser to go free, a new complaint says.

Dr. Ulrich George Klopfer performed a suction curettage abortion on a young black girl at Fort Wayne Women's Health Organization on February 7. The baby was at 11 weeks gestation. The girl had not yet reached the eighth grade.

If the child molester goes free because of this, it is criminal negligence on the part of the abortionist and Planned Parenthood, in my opinion.

Both the abortionist (Ulrich George Klopfer) and Planned Parenthood should be tried for criminal negligence.

Or maybe they feel child molesters are good people and should be put in jail.

I read that he did report but not in the 3-day time period required by Indiana law. Also, I think he reported it to the wrong agency. Who knows what the truth is.

Stupid article. There may be a statute of limitations on child molesting, but it isn’t three days.

I believe the reason for reporting it quickly is to gather evidence. The aborted baby would be able to prove a DNA link to the rapist/molester.

After 6 months such evidence would clearly be lost.

This article refers to the following article:

Fort Wayne News Sentinel: 13-year-old's abortion results in complaints against local clinic

Abortions performed on girls younger than 14 has been a contentious issue in Indiana for years. In 2005, then-Attorney General Steve Carter asked Planned Parenthood clinics for records that might help identify men who had committed a sexual crime, and the organization [Planned Parenthood Clinics] responded by suing the state on the grounds of privacy, even though Carter promised to keep the girls' names confidential.

Planned Parenthood has the interests of girls/women in mind by protecting perverts and suing the government...

“If the child molester goes free because of this, it is criminal negligence on the part of the abortionist and Planned Parenthood, in my opinion. “

Your opinion doesn’t matter. The ultimate goal of Planned Prenthood is to let child molesters, pedophiles and the sex trade in children run free of any consequences.

Not “Criminal Negligence”, but rather “Obstruction of Justice”.
