Less than 10% of truckers are owner operators.
So immediately 90% aren’t going to hijack their employer’s rig to go to DC.

Of the o-o’s, most are struggling to make ends meet financially. Days of revenue lost and $4/gal fuel mitigate against trips to DC.

Not to mention the very limited access trucks have to DC streets.

Yep! Know what you are sayin’. Mrs. RQSR has been truckin’ CSR for a major truckload hauler for 28 years full time, and was with them seven years part time before that. 35 years knowing what the heartbeat of truckin’ sounds like.

What strike?

That would be about 200,000 semis. 10% of that would be 20,000 trucks.

That could slow down DC a little.

Whattaya say we support whoever is willing to make this great sacrifice?
