Ya know, more I think about it, the more I feel we need to pray more. Pray that God mete out justice to those who deserve it, bring our country back from the brink, show those who spit in His face that they’re not in charge.
Think of the OT Israelites - how many times did they get brought back from the brink after they stopped ignoring God?
And if anyone hasn’t noticed yet, this country is at the brink.

Unfortunately, justice prevails and there is ONE time God did not forgive Israel. They were sacrificing their children. They were invaded. Considering the practice of child sacrifice is now worldwide... Also, it does seem God keeps doing the same things over and over, but it is because of how we read our Bible. It wasn’t until I did a study of God’s response to child sacrifice that I learned how many Books overlap. Two or three prophets talk about the same event.
“However, the LORD did not turn from the fierceness of His great wrath with which His anger burned against Judah, because of all the provocations with which Manasseh had provoked Him. And the LORD said, “I will remove Judah also from My sight, as I have removed Israel. And I will cast off Jerusalem, this city which I have chosen, and the temple (house) of which I said, ‘My name shall be there’.”
“Surely at the command (mouth) of the LORD it came upon Judah, to remove them from His sight because of the sins of Manasseh, according to all that he had done, and also for the innocent blood which he shed, for he filled Jerusalem with innocent blood; AND THE LORD WOULD NOT FORGIVE.” (All caps mine) 2 Kings 23: 26 & 27 and 24: 3 & 4
