The obvious solution is to have separate events for the "Swimming in Your Burka" crowd. And, for sure, there needs to be separate records kept for Burka Swim Events since it is obvious that all that luggage is going to slow the swimmers down.
Makes sense to me. See the photo below. And no, that is not a bunny rabbit costume. That is just a typical modest swimsuit suitable for Olympic competition.

This just in....A new record was set in the Suicide Bombing competition, when Muhammad Al-Keffir of Yemen blew himself up in a record 1.8 seconds............No, wait, it’s been disallowed because the judges determined it was wind-aided. Sorry Muhammad, maybe next time.
