Doesn’t matter....It has to go through the DEM Senate and the president would sure never sign it. He’s just laughing his butt off.

Maybe So. But it pisses Obama off more than anything. Remember his reaction to the Navy Yard Shooting? It was a tragedy and all that, but then he went on to blast Repubs for focsing on defunding Obama Care.
This is a huge victory. But... the battle is not over.
