The bill proves Bob Schieffer is wrong. The war isn’t over. Republicans just opened the next battle.
Me, personally? I can’t wait to see what several so-called Republican senators do now. I’ll admit I’m not thrilled by this move. I know the media will do all it can to blame Republicans, even though both sides should reasonably be expected to compromise in a split government. I think this could backfire.
So, I don’t necessarily think this will work, but I tell you what. Now that we’re in it, we are in it. What do I mean? Republicans, like McCain, better suck it up and back the team’s play. Loyalty is a two way street, and moderate Republicans better learn that lesson quick while there’s still a Republican Party.
Ok, they can quit with the Obamacare crap, there is no bill with that title anywhere on the books.
It’s the Affordable Care Act, the ONLY reason they and their media AND ‘ours’(faus news) use it is because they can equate to ANTI-Obamacare or more simply put ANTI-OBAMA.
