Three men in Grand Rapids, Michigan, worked as a team to restrain a female purse-snatching suspect while waiting for police to arrive. The men wrestled the suspect to the ground and held her there while good Samaritans comforted the injured victim.
In an attempt to free herself, the suspect appears to bite one of the men restraining her, prompting him to hit her. The suspect was stopped by a Jimmy John’s delivery worker, and the men in the video helped detain the suspect.
Meanwhile, a group of people came to the aid of the 75-year-old victim, Evelyn Searl, who had been enjoying a lunch with her daughter when she was robbed.

Yet, I am willing to bet that the libs will think the thief had their rights abused and the victim and heroes should have let her keep the spoils of the crime. I hope I am wrong, but I see some charges being made against the good citizens.

The law abiding citizens who arrested the little “Oppressed One” will be sued and will pay legal fees and a sum of money as the criminal in question appears to be black. It is notorious that the courts favor the criminal element in our society, hence no good deed goes unpunished.
There is a reason the crime rate in Michigan is falling at same time we have fewer and fewer cops.

I do think the people who execute citizen’s arrests need to be very careful what they do in the way of assaulting the criminal.
I know she bit or tried to bite this gut, but he shouldn’t punch her in the face while two other guys help hold her down. While I might get it, don’t bet the farm a jury will.
Best to keep her under control and avoid the physical if at all possible. It’s for your own good.
Her on her stomach with her arms behind her back would probably give her less chance of biting and the like. Less chance to kick too.
It seems to me that he was punching her in the head only to get her to stop biting him on the arm.

God knows what sort of disease(s) that guy contracted from that bite... I would have flipped her over and knelt on her neck just so I didn’t have to deal with the mouth.

I only watched it once, so I may have missed the fact she was still biting. If so I stand corrected. He shouldn’t be held to account if she is still the first party aggressor. She was still trying to game the situation every step of the way too, which lowers my ability to object to much of anything the involved parties do to a certain point.
She was one clueless individual, without a doubt.
Purse snatching b!tch was a repeat offender with stolen checkbook and passports on her person taken in a home break-in the day before.
She threatened to pee on the dude holding her down and he said back to her “that he had been pissed on by better people than her”
