If this thread is a poem perhaps we can analyze it as one. I graduated from Thomas More College in Merimack, New Hampshire and we had to take a course: On Poetry,” which was mandatory for all students. So let me take a stab at this one:
Our current political conservative leadership is engaged in tactics to steer our “ship of state” through a course designed by the left.:
Just like the chicken sitting on a red wheelbarrow.
Steering a course adverse to the wind will not work, our ship has broached.:
One must re-read the scholarly poem that begins with, “Row, row, row your boat gently down the stream, merrily ...”
Our engagement is fundamentally and historically on how we now need to fight, lead, participate and concentrate on “righting the ship.”:
Just as lightning bugs catch fire in the morning dew.
We need to pray for and support leaders who know the difference.:
Why ask why?
Hmmm. Who needs clarity, when a poem is as mysterious as this one.
Because. That's why.
