Worried about possible threats to regime stability from North Korean children educated abroad, Pyongyang has ordered its diplomats and state trading company officials stationed overseas to send their children back to the North, an expert on the secretive regime says.

I can see the US Dept of Education trying to do something like this in regard to Homeschooled children...

Really hard to indoctrinate the lambs if they aren't in their detention centers...

Now would be a good time to slip away into the darkness with the family. You know if they don’t comply, the executions will begin again.
