I just love the “budget” discussion with Van Hollen and conservative Graves!
This was the FIRST time I ever saw Van Hollen so flustered it was a joy to watch! Must be like what happens when Fishtalk gets into the local politics..watch the fur fly!!!ha.
One thing I did get to see earlier this morning was Sharyl Atkisson from CBS on C-spam. She was awesome! A delight to see and hear!
She still has lots of questions for the regime most of which they are ducking hard and as fast as they can. She wants to know what Zero was doing while it all hit the fan, why the emphasis on the video and when did that (excuse") change and at the request of whom? She needs a better time line than what they have provided.She mentioned Issa in Egpyt which is a huge thing!He may have some input on the Morsi trial which may begin at the end of next month.It could spell impeachment for zero.
Atkisson also wants to know what options were available when TSHTF in Benghazi? Why was her computer hacked? why was she was threatened and once again where the hell was zero when all this went down?
I hope to see and hear more from Atkisson and soon,she's awesome.
Man, I haven’t even mentioned the car.
There my husband died 4/9/13. The funeral people tell me I must go to the dept of wills and such. But I must wait 30 days.
Now I don’t know why I must wait 30 days to get some piece of paper that will allow me to title the vehicle to my daughter, who was driving around in a piece of crap. It was a car over ten years old, paid for the day he bought it. Billy made sure I knew where the title was before he died. He wanted me to give it to Melissa.
Why couldn’t I title this car to my daughter on, say, 4/10? What was the gubmint doing telling me I must wait...no WAIT! the funeral people said 30 days but the will people said...too bad Ms. Fish, you are a day early, you must wait until TOMORROW, cannot retitle until THIRTY ONE days after death!
Why?
Nobody at the Czar of wills and shit knew the answer. I did a big write up on it and, of course, the head of the dept of wills is my Words With Pals friend and one staff member is in my choir.
I carried on bejeesus....WHY CAN’T I GIVE MY DEAD HUSBAND’S CAR TO MY DAUGHTER? WHY MUST I WAIT THIRTY ONE DAYS?
A lot of investigating and my choir member, who admires me greatly God love her, finds the answer.
It’s to appease the creditors. In other words, had my husband a car with some sort of lien on it, the 31 days gives that creditor time to file for their part of the dead person’s car.
Or something like that.
AND NONE OF THE BUREAUCRATS KNEW THE REASON! Only me, intrepid citizen reporter, got to the bottom of it.
Silly laws and silly rules control us all, folks.
